Here it is, normally guys dont want you to know what they are doing so I figured hey why not.
So I'll try to add 1 day of what I do for training at least once a week and over time you'll get the idea.
Please note - I am not putting this here for anyone as a training program and if you do decide to use bits of it or all you do so at your own risk.
02/07/08 - Morning - Power session at the gym, its been a while since I had done one of these and I can tell ya I was feeling it.
Afternoon - 3 sets of 4 60m sprints and Im thinking I mite go to the skatepark soon for a ride
01/07/08 - Morning - Headed on down to liverpool bmx track with Michael Clunne from Musclebeach.com it was fairly windy but we still had a good session.
Afternoon - Went back to liverpool bmx for gate starts.
